THE APPLICATION
One form for all five roles
The application itself lives on astroworldmc.com/apply. This is what it asks, in the order it asks it.
Seven fields first
Role, Minecraft name, email, Discord, age, timezone and how many hours a week you can give. Availability is a choice of four ranges, from less than 5 hours to more than 20.
Proof questions
Picking a role opens its own questions. Everyone explains why they want it; Helpers and Moderators then get a rule-breaker scenario, Builders a portfolio, Developers code and past plugins, and Media creators their social links.
Two confirmations
You tick that the application is your own work, and that you know lying about your experience or identity means instant rejection.
A person reads it
The confirmation says every word gets read and that you will hear back in your email or on Discord. No response time is published.
BEFORE YOU START
Who can apply for staff
You need to be 13 or older, play on the server regularly, have a Discord account and be able to communicate in English or Dutch. An active ban or mute rules you out, and so do asking for staff in-game or in Discord, sending an AI generated application and applying only for the rank. The requirements page goes through every point.
